The Redbird Bakery’s Journey
A few years ago I found myself with extra time on my hands due to a move to Maine, the pandemic and no longer working outside of the home. I decided I needed something to do, but what? Because I have been baking for 30+ years I felt that it needed to involve food in some way. I had never taken the time to learn the art of cookie decorating and decided to give it a try. After taking several online cookie decorating classes, I was hooked!
I am forever grateful to my taste testers and early order customers for giving me the confidence to continue this path! I struggled a bit with what to call this new venture and finally settled on The Redbird Bakery. It pays tribute to my mom and sister who both loved Cardinals.
